Friday DInner:

Scallops wrapped in Bacon
Roast Garlic Crusted Lamb Chops (except for Martin Wildmoser... his lamb chop will have no garlic)
Tomatoe Mozzarella and Basil Bruschetta

Salad
Assorted Greens with Grilled Pineapple, Grape Tomatoes, Toasted Cashews, all with a sweet Balsamic Dressing

Entree
Seared Tenderloin of Beef with Shallot and Green Peppercorn Sauce

or

Stuffed Breast of Chicken with Fontina Cheese, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Arugula and a Madeira Veal Reduction

We are working on a vegetarian options as well.

For liquid diet types... there will be a premium open bar.



Saturday Brunch:

All are welcome to join us on the outside veranda near the pool of Congress Hall for Saturday morning brunch!!

Brunch time is from 10:30 to 12:30

I am in for the Saturday stuff but I must be at work Thursday Friday.
